Welcome to the breastfeeding class information.

Antenatal breastfeeding classes are held in the ‘cottage’ at the Flow Therapeutics Centre , 229 Fitzgerald Street Christchurch 5.30-8pm. Book via email beyondbirth2022@outlook.com

I facilitate small class sizes to enable you to fully participate in the class to learn great tools for breastfeeding and have all your questions/concerns discussed. I recommend that you come with your partner if possible as i feel that it is valuable learning for you both especially from a support perspective during the early weeks of breastfeeding.
